It should be noted that holiday insurance should cover you for any unforeseen circumstances, like illness or delays causing you to miss your tour. Check with your insurance provider.

If you are offering seats under our share-a-tour plan please note that no refunds are provided once anyone joins your tour. If you are booking individual seats under the share-a-tour plan there is no refund if you later cancel these seats. Seats are paid in full on booking.  30 per seat per day is retained by Inverness Tours, for guide and admin. The balance is paid by Inverness Tours to our principal client on whose tour you have bought a seat. Any share-a-tour on a tour from a cruise-ship are the subject of private negotiation between our principal client and others. We undertake to put the parties in contact with each other and our involvement ends there.

In the case of breakdown, unexpected road closures or any similar events we will do everything within our power to complete your tour or return you to your point of departure. Our liability for costs or inconvenience if we fail to complete a tour on time is limited to the total value of the tour purchased.

We can never guarantee that the vehicle the guide uses at the time of the booking is not different at the time of the tour, but we are constantly striving to improve our service so this is likely to be a positive change.

Our guides do not normally mind if you wish to record or film them guiding you for a home movie or similar. However such recordings must not be used for commercial purposes and must be restricted to a few minutes within a vacation film.
